Service Description

This two-day, small-group diagnostic ultrasound training is designed for Athletic trainers, physical therapists and sports medicine clinicians seeking advanced, real-world imaging skills for lower extremity injury management. Participants will receive structured, protocol-driven instruction covering: • Quadriceps, hamstrings, adductors and gastrocnemius–soleus injuries • Knee tendons and ligaments (quad tendon, patellar tendon, MCL) • Ankle ligaments and syndesmosis • Achilles tendon and plantar fascia pathology • Dynamic stress testing and movement-based imaging • Clinical integration into rehabilitation and return-to-play planning Ultrasound machines are provided. Each participant receives one-year access to the Pura Health learning portal for continued review. Enrollment is intentionally capped to preserve hands-on quality and instructor supervision.

Cancellation Policy

1. Course Fees Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a participant’s seat. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Any applicable early registration discounts or group rates will be clearly stated in promotional materials and invoices. ⸻ 2. Participant Cancellations • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund, less any processing fees. • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date. • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hglas@purahealth.net. • Registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval from Pura Health. ⸻ 3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation request. In the event of documented extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency), partial refunds or course credit toward a future course may be offered at the sole discretion of Pura Health. ⸻ 4. Course Cancellation or Modification by Provider Pura Health reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, facility issues, or circumstances beyond its control. If the course is canceled by Pura Health, participants will receive either: • A full refund of tuition paid, or • The option to transfer registration to a future course date. Pura Health is not responsible for non-refundable travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by participants. Participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible in the event of cancellation.
